The Zhigulevsky Vodka Factory is located within the Samarskaya Luka National Nature Reserve in the Samara Region. The Zhigulevsky Reserve is unique in that the Volga River loops around the Zhiguli Mountains. It is here that the vodka known as “Zhigulevskaya” was born. It is made with Alpha spirit, a highly purified alcohol that produces a particularly smooth vodka.
