1. General Provisions

1.1. The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer and defines the terms of use of materials and services posted by the Administrator on the website on the Internet at: vodka63.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) by users using the Service.

1.2. The Service is a software and hardware complex available on the Site that allows the User to use the functionality provided for it. The Service includes an interface, software and other elements (tools, algorithms, methods) necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.

1.3. The Administrator is the Limited Liability Company “ZHIGULEVSKY VODKA PLANT”  (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

1.4. User – any individual and/or legal entity, including a visitor to the Site, accepting the terms of the Agreement.

1.5. The Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.6. The Agreement concluded by accepting this offer does not require bilateral signature and is valid in electronic form.

1.7. By starting to use the Site and/or its individual functions, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions.

1.8. In case of disagreement with the Agreement, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Site and leave it.

2.User Obligations

2.1. Any use of the Site materials, including, but not limited to, copying, reproduction, processing of materials used on the Site, is not permitted, with the exception of quoting materials to the extent objectively necessary for the purposes of quoting the materials by the User.

2.2. When citing materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is required.

3. Administrator’s liability

3.1. The Administrator is not responsible for the User’s visit to and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.

3.2. The Administrator is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or received through external sites or resources, or other contacts of the User, which he entered into using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

4. Changes to the terms of the agreement

4.1. The Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement at any time. Such changes shall come into force after 1 day from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement on the Site.

4.2. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she is obliged to refuse access to the Site. Stop using the materials and services of the Site.

4.3. By continuing to use the Site, the User confirms his/her unconditional consent to the new version of the Agreement.

5. Final provisions

5.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2. The Agreement is made in two identical copies having equal legal force – one for each Party.
